OK, going on 5 months now I have tried to go to My Account and pay my bill (ontime no less!) and can access my email but that is it. No bill pay, contact/service(like Verizon HAS a customer service department!) and have had to go to my neighbors to use his Brighthouse computer to go online and accessing my account with no problem and pay my bill. He went up north last month and just got back so guess what? I get banged for a late payment. Not payin' it! Bill me all you want. . Now they don't even have a contact source to **bleep** at, just this "vent" site. **bleep**-poor.
