online tools hardly ever work!

Verizon has some useful tools - WHEN they work which seems to be hardly ever!

Every time I try to use the whatsnext link to check order status, the site says this feature is not working at this time.

Every time I try to use the Manager Broadband Essentials and Extras link, I get a blank screen.

Is there anyone maintaining the website on a regular basis?

Is there an easy way to report problems with the site?

Been broke for weeks.  I went from getting a blank screen to this:

Error 404--Not Found From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

Its hard to beleive that a company like Verizon can't fix these problems for weeks on end.  I used to run websites that served a tiny number of customers compared to Verizon.  If my websites were broke for 10 minutes the !@#% hit the fan.  If they were broke for several weeks, I'd probably be brought up on charges for trying to sabotage the company!

Geeeeze

Not sure how you are getting to the page, but have you tried to go to http://verizon.com/whatsnext ? Also you may want to clear your browser cache. Sometimes your stored history does not get refreshed or cleared to get you to the page you need. Try those 2 options.

We do have a team that maintains the site and regularly checks pages, but sometimes servers do go down.

Rarely an old link pops up, but we try to mirror old pages to new ones so no one gets stuck.

Can you post the URL you were going to, and we'll take a look?

You can also go to http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/ for all your available help options.

Nothing ever works with Verizon.

Accept it or leave.
