over charged on feb 7 2011 bill $732.85 adjustment added

Verizon was contacted email and phone to stop direct billing due to verizon and my bank do not seem to get along well.  I have been making online payments.  You still try to bill my bank.  ALSO THERE IS A CHARGE of $732.85 on the feb bill

and there is no explanation of this and no reason for the expenses.  THIS MUST BE REMOVED !
