I am behind on my bill due to unforseen circumstances.. I made a payment arrangement last week to pay on the 7th but realized two problems today. 1. thA large chunk of the balance in the arrangement they gave me was the current bill which is not even due until the 13th (n so that would mean I would have to pay my current bill before it is actually due.. 2. I have made payments on the past due but instead of being applied to the past due balance it is being applied to the current balance instead of the past due.. this is so frustrating especially when I am trying to pay it off to keep my service on
