I can sign in and check emails, but not able to pay verizon bill. Message when i click on yellow icon in left hand corner, HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917) Line 0 Char 0 Code 0

Have you tried clearing your cache, and if that doesn't work, try another browser?
