please unmerg my Yahoo ID from my verizon account

hi

I forgot that I had linked this "r_e_z_ax" old yahoo account to my Verizon "{edited for privacy}" account.
My problem is that now i no longer have service with Verizon , my Yahoo! ID "r_e_z_ax" needs to be unmerged so Yahoo! can assist me with my account.

i've all information about my verizon account.

Yahoo tell me to unlink it from my verizon account. I spent 1 hr trying to do so but failed. I'm so frustrated right now. Please help. Thanks.

thanks but my yahoo account is not linked to verizon account
My problem is that my yahoo account was alias/profile of my verizon account noone wants help me resolve this issues?
