Longtime Verizon user with an active account -- even on auto bill pay.
So, Verizon sends me an email about my Rewards account, and in the email says to "Click here" to login to my Rewards.
When I do, I get the message in the subject line: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page"
Okay ... so I try other methods and limks to access my account -- same problem, same message.
What gives? I have almost 5000 points that I would like to redeem.
I have cleared cache, rebooted, changed browsers, and stoood onj my head ... Noithing works.
Anyone having this problem?

I have been informed that: "The website is down and may be back up in 24-48 hours -- please try again"

We are currently working on resolving the issue. We are working to get the website up and running again.

Just an FYI... It is still down.. It is actually a bit dissappointing there is no notice posted. Would save some headaches if it is going to be down so long.

I've been getting this message trying to access my rewards for 2 months now so they obviously are not working to hard to fix it.

I have always got this message and I think that if I have to get on the phone and sit on hold for a problem that verizon shoud just resolve is a very sad responce.

Note this is describing an old problem. And these are peer to peer forums. The original problem, which many saw, was solved. If you are having a similar problem now you need to contact verizon support.
