I asked for a consolidation of my wireless and FIOS bills in 6/12. Here it is almost December and it still hasn't happened. The FIOS support **bleep** did not know that the verizon wireless account numbers begin wioth a 0, and the **bleep** at wireless do not show the 0 when you log in on line.
Also, I have this land line phone number since 6/12 and I just found out that it still is showing the previous subscriber's called ID! No wonder I was getting his collection calls for months.
I HATE VERIZON and as much as Comcast is equally stupid, I am going back to them as soon as possible. And because my wireless contract is up, I am changing that TOMORROW!
