why doesn't the "pay online" option work???

I have tried several times to pay my bill online, something I used to do every month, but lately, it never goes to the option. I press the red box that reads One time payment and NADA! It nver goes anywhere! This is so frustrating! I'm trying to GIVE YOU MONEY! Help a girl out!
