As many other users have experienced I had the exact same issue. I received multiple emails about my $200 credit towards Google accessaries. I ordered Nest Thermostat-E via link to redeem the offer, $200 credit was not applied and my credit card is charged for $184.65.
Called the VZ rep he said no worries, I will send you return label which he did. I sent the item back, it has been a week since it is delivered, I am not refunded my money.
On top of that, I was suppose to get $150.00 gift card, when I login to my account it only shows $100.00 gift card. I am tired of calling and being on hold for calling multiple times and being transferred from Agent to Agent.
