I have a Community Only User ID, but when I go to the Wireless Community, I’m getting prompted to pick a new screen name and agree to the terms of service again. Why?

If you navigate into the Wireless Community signed into My Verizon Wireless, we  will give you the option of creating a new profile in the Wireless Community with your My Verizon Wireless ID. If you don’t want to use your My Verizon Wireless ID and continue using your Community Only User ID, select “Cancel to reject the prompt to create a My Verizon Wireless ID.
