I have the same email address on both the My Verizon Wireless ID and the Community Only User ID, why didn’t it merge my profiles?

  • There may have been more than one My Verizon Wireless User ID with that email address which prevents us from merging the profiles since we cannot decide which profile is the correct one.
  • To enable this process to take place, the email address files were synchronized several days before launching the new wireless community, perhaps the email addresses at this time were different.
