Has anyone had any luck getting Verizon to rebury their phone lines? Ours have been lying on the ground exposed since August.(Before Sandy, so you get an idea of how lame they are). We haven't had any luck getting someone to come out and address this issue- At this point we are assuming it will take an accident with a child or landscaper to bring them out, along with a lawsuit. Its a shame too, since the two guys who did come out just shook their heads. One even asked if we had sons that could bury it! Good way to try and save $, Verizon! What we really want is a professional to take care Verizon's equipment1
