My land line is down due to storm. Needs to be reconnected.

mine too. 3 weeks this coming Minday, no answers, when u call you get nowhere and rep says your ticket says repair done by whatever date, that day comes and goes and still NOTHING..I am so **bleep** at Verizon, they should take a cue form how PSE&G came together, crews form other States working 24/7, had our power back in 3 days and we r in Moonachie, hardest hit area  with Little Ferry in all of Bergen county. shame on you verizon horrible custoer service, eithe gonna get TWC or Vonage ASAP  Smiley Mad           good luck to you!
