What happened to my home page ?  All my personal preferences are gone and the format is different.  I had all the news feeds and weather and things I wanted to see and now it's all changed.  I can't seem to find the personalize button at the top right according to support.  My wife is the same.  Is my old content and format gone forever ?

I used to be able to pay my internet bill online, now it's not available online.

I used to be able to update my auto-pay payment account information online, now I can't.

My credit card expiration date changed and I guess now I'll have to sit around for 6 months until I get a HUGE bill from Verizon for 6 months worth of service with a due date one week from the date on the bill.

Your phone people don't have a clue what auto-pay is.

Your "robo" email with it's automated reply to call customer service is a joke.

The monopoly Verizon has in my area is a joke.
