I attempted to send a message to a forum member; get this helpful response:
Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource /t5/authentication/ssoredirectpage does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.
Then tried to post in this forum and though already signed in to verizon.net, get prompted again for the same credentials. But wait, it gets better (doesn't look like any sign-in I've seen):
Maybe I'm just in a snit, or maybe Verizon has little interest in fixing defects like these. Which is a shame, because there are many participants eager to help other verizon customers, and to help them bypass the torture of verizon's tech support.
