My phone i currently have is the Razzle. i have a question regarding this. this has only happened to me twice in the time i had the phone, but i think twice is to much. the screen freezes, and if i push any button, the screen just goes white, and stays on this screen until i take out the battery. as soon as i replace the battery, it goes on functioning properly. i am at a loss as to what causes this. my phone has never been wet, both the moisture indicators, on the phone and on the battery are white with little red crosses. . please help by shedding light on this subject for me.
