You can use the "Sorted by" option to arrange search results by date, or a number of other criteria.
You can also specify a time frame using the "Date" button at the top of the page, and use the "Metadata" button to search only for posts that have a solution.
Forum needs to be shutdown. Delete and start over anew.
This is technically difficult. We can try to manually archive posts that either contains outdated (hence contradictory) information or services that Verizon no longer offers.
You do realize that any posts on this Forum are searchable on Verizon.com. "Rebooting" this Forum would not only impact the frequent visitors of this community, but also customers relying on Verizon's search feature.
