Anybody have any idea how to get back the REPLY button that normally appears bottom right on each message?
It appears to be some nuance of the Verizon code and IE 11

Yes, was still seeing it. So I went into IE compatability view settings and found Verizon.com in in there. After removing that the button reappears. Now I guess I'll start hitting again the problem that made me put verizon.com in there in the first place.

Are you still seeing this issue? I've tested different browsers and can see the reply button in all of them.

I just discovered why I put verizon.com in to the compatability view setting.
If I don't have it in there I can't login to verizon.com when using IE 11
