it has taken me a month just to get this far. every time i tied to get to the community forums i got the request entity too large message. it all started with a complaint about the rewards program that still has not been resolved but that is another story. i just tried to update that thread and got that message again

I get this message as well, almost weekly. I have to always clear my cache and cookies for "forums.verizon.com" and I can access it again.

i always clear my cache. it was only happening here. thanks for the reply maybe it was a safari thing.

I can't get here using Firefox, but I can using Internet Explorer.
