As another year draws to a close, we here on the My Business Account team want to give you an update on improvements to your online account access and service: • We recently implemented a two-page sign-in process to increase the security of your account. Safeguarding your account information and credentials is very important to us. • We are adding articles to the new Small Biz Resources area. To complement our popular webinar series, we are providing tips and links on such topics as Internet security and online reputation management. This section will be expanded shortly and would be good holiday vacation reading. • Two new discount partners were added to the Verizon Discount Program. With KMM, your business can save up to 20% on first aid supplies, tools, personal protective equipment, batteries, and much more. And, Verizon and Pronto, a nationwide leading supplier of automotive replacement parts, have teamed up to provide quality auto parts at 10% off wholesale prices to Verizon business customers. Look for more discount partner offers in the coming months. • The left navigation area was improved to allow direct access to the Small Biz Rewards site and the Verizon Discount Program. In addition, it’s easier to toggle between your accounts. • We have almost completed the transition of all the online accounts from the older verizon.com and verizon.net sites to the new, combined My Business Account site. If you experience trouble converting your account, signing in, or using the features, use the on-page chat link or call us at 866-233-3249. • You probably have noticed that we are updating the look of the website. The colors are more vibrant and we hope more cheery. We want to know if you like the new features and if you have ideas for future enhancements. Please fill-out our comment card. There’s still time to enter the Verizon Small Biz Rewards “Give and Give Back Holiday Sweepstakes” with a grand prize of $10,000! If you are not yet a member, sign up and enter. The deadline is December 31, 2014; see details.
We would also like to suggest that you take care of any account maintenance you haven’t had a chance to do. Do you need to “upgrade to full access” so that you can pay your phone bill and see account details? It’s free; you just need to sign in for security. Is there someone on your staff who could be paying the bill and managing your Reward Points? You can get them set-up as an account administrator. Perhaps you would like to sign-up for paper-free billing? Or add other accounts to be managed by your ID? Invest a few minutes now to save you time in the new year. Thank you for choosing Verizon as your communications provider. We will continue to work hard every day to keep earning your business. Have a happy and prosperous new year!
