This SpeedMatch upgrade applies to our FiOS Internet speed options up to 500 Mbps.
SpeedMatch will offer a more consistent Internet experience for such applications as:
The upgrade to SpeedMatch, which is made possible by the power of Verizon’s all-fiber network, will be free to nearly all eligible current customers. It’s one way for us to say thank you, we appreciate your business, and we want to continue to support you so you can focus on running your business better.
Verizon is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. And customers are noticing. Verizon is ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Very Small Business Wireline Service” in the latest J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Business Wireline Satisfaction Studysm.
Verizon has consistently raised the bar for Internet services since we launched FiOS in Keller, Texas, 10 years ago. And we’ll continue to innovate for our customers.
