Guest post from Marcia O’Toole, communications manager for the Verizon small business website.
If you have not visited the Support area lately, we invite you to see the variety of helpful information and tools available. We now offer video “QuickGuides” on common questions, such as how to add a wireless printer to your network and how to fix a slow Internet connection. Recently, we introduced 10 online support tools, more online help topics and easier navigation. This set of enhancements is part of our ongoing initiatives to significantly upgrade the Verizon My Business experience.
The 10 new online support tools for your Verizon business phone services include:
- Troubleshooting lost dial tone
- Creating and checking on a repair ticket
- Modifying call forwarding settings
- Resetting your voice mail password
- Setting up your Wi-Fi service
Please note that you will need to sign-in in order to use the tools. If you are not yet registered for an online account, take a few minutes to take care of it.
We still offer other online help, including the automated agent, user guides, and a large searchable database of account, phone, Internet, TV and applications support topics. As before, whether on the phone or the Internet, Verizon Support is available 24 x 7.
We are interested in your feedback on these changes to your Verizon online experience, as well as suggestions for future additions and improvements. Please feel free to complete a comment card. And, thanks!
