‘My Account’ Is Newest Self-Help Tool for FiOS TV Subscribers

1249i36F42DE5554FCAEAVerizon continues to offer new and convenient ways for FiOS TV subscribers to interact with the company. Whether it’s through the Web, mobile device, or TV, we want customers to do business with us when it’s convenient for them.  And today, we’re introducing our latest self-help tool, My Account, which provides quick, easy access to three new cool features: “View My Bill,” "Expiring Promotions” and “Share the Network.”


My Account is available through the FiOS TV Interactive Media Guide under the Customer Support tab. There new subscribers can click on “View My Bill” to see a breakdown of their first bill estimate. For existing customers, we provide a summary of last month’s bill, which includes the total amount due, last payment received, balance going forward, total new charges, adjustments and credits.


Not sure when the free movie package promotion ends?  Customers can click on the “Expiring Promotions” tab and find out exactly when it runs out, and if you want to inquire about the promotion, the number to call is right on the screen.


You may know someone who is thinking about getting FiOS Internet and TV, if so, click on the “Share the Network” tab and learn about Verizon’s referral program, which offers a rewards card worth up to $100 (reward currently doubled until July 15) for each person who signs up.

There’s no need to leave your comfy couch if you have a question that’s covered by My Account. Simply pick up the remote and click on the My Account application to get started.
