AOL Migration email lost.

AOL Migration email lost.

I received the e-mail offering the two options. I selected to go to AOL and the link did not work.  The e-mail either disappeared or was deleted enitrely from my account.
How do I make my selection now? Do I get a new e-mail or can I be supplied a good link.

I have contacted verizon support and have been passed between verizon fios and verizon wireless.  When I went to aol support after some useless references for available information I was given a verizon support number associated with verizon fios and again shifted to verizon fios to verizon wireless and back to fios. 

To me there should be a link readily available to be used yet I have not been sent and they have been unable to resend original email.

I really find it hard to believe this "migration" process was not given a little more thought from a customer perspective.  If this is not resolved I will opt to leave verizon and eventually leave all verizon services.

Hi JML123,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
