Add an email account to Sub-Group

I am trying to add an email to sub-group.

 

1. I log on to MY Verizon.

 

2. Open the Profile page.

 

3. 'Click' on the Sub Accounts folder.

 

The next thing I notice is that the Sub Accounts and Notifications folders disappear and I am left with the My Profile and Security folders only. Hit the F5 key to refresh the page, all four folders reappear, I 'click' on the Sub Accounts' folder, again, the Sub Accounts and Notifications folders disappear.

 

Checking with the VERIZON Forum, other VERIZON customers have had the same problem and no one seems to have been able to resolve it for them.

 

I am using Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 11.
