I am trying to import my MAC Address Book into my Verizon Contact File or my address book from my Gmail Account into Verizon Contacts. I have created .CSV files but Verizon will not read them. Can anyone help?

I have tried importing my Outlook contacts.csv file into Webmail at least 2 dozen times. Keep getting "Session timed out. Please try again", etc. Followed instructions diligently, but cannot get it to work. Why it won't work is a complete mystery. Has anyone else had this problem and/or found a solution.
