I am absolutely furious with Verizon's blocking my e-mail as spam. I have tried to reply to a friend which included a legitimate website. I tried six different ways- all blocked. I sent (forwarded) the e-mails to verizon (spamdetector.update@verizon.net) but nothing improved. Of couse one cannot get to a human to fix the problem. If I had not just signed a two year agreement with Verizon I would change my ISP in a heartbeat. Verizon must absolutely make it easier to clear these blocks.

The way to get your email off of the Verizon spam list is through the Whitelist.

The problem is not receiving e-mail from the other person but Verizon blocking my e-mails to that person. Not sure how the whitelist would help in this case unless I am not understanding something.
