When I log onto verizon.net to check email, there is an advert for FIOS services. I can't find any way to get to my email? Is there some button I am missing?
You should see a couple ways in to your email. First make sure you get to "my verizon" rather than the ad page on www.verizon.net. On the top Verizon bar there is a email & More with drop down. On the my verizon 2 and 3 you can get to your email if you view all email from the emails shown on that page.
