My father has a verizon.net email account. Our emails to each other never make it, nor do they show up in our spam folders. We have tried addng each of our email addresses to each other's "whitelist" to no avail. Is there any other way to allow us to email each other?
So both of you have Verizon email accounts. Are you both not receiving each others emails? Are other email accounts able to email these accounts?Are you checking your email from the Verizon.com website or using an email client such as outlook, macmail, thunderbird, etc.
