After I log into My Verizon, I can see the list of emails in the preview window. When I click on "View all Emails", I get logged off of My Verizon. Is anyone else having these issues?
Verizon - what kind of hackers are writing your software? Did they ever hear of the word "TESTING"?

Having the same problem, but only on the account that I was forced to switch over to the horrible new email version. The account that was not switched still works fine.

Just talked to verizon support...
"there is a known issue with email that is affecting many people. They are working on it, there is no ETA for when it will be resolved".
Thanks verizon!

I also just IMed verizon support using their Live Chat feature. Here's their answer - "at this moment there is an outage on the email service, that is why this is happening when you try to view your email, i do apologize for the inconvenience, it may take from 24-48 hours to be solve"

There was an issue earlier this week that we were told had been resolved.
I am looking into this current issue you're having, and will try to get an answer ASAP.
