Cannot receive e-mail from one correspondednt

A correspondent with a Comcast account regularly sends me an e-mail with attachments, usually once a week. This has been working fine. Now, however, when he tries to send me the e-mail, he receives a message that the e-mail cannot be delivered to my inbox. If I try to send an e-mail to him, he never receives it but I get no message that it cannot be delivered. This just started about a month ago. Neither of us blocked the other. The message does not appear in the spam file. Nor he nor I have any trouble with any other e-mail correspondents. Anny suggestions of why is this happeneing and what can be done to fix it? Thanks.

What is the reason listed in the delivery failure message? Having that would help a lot.
