Hi I'm new to FIOS. It was installed yesterday, and I was assigned a email@example.com. I'm trying to change the username, and keep getting a message that "it can't be done now, try later". LiveChat is not available this morning (?) but I tried it last night and was told I was having the problem because I had just activated service. But, the tech also said I should be able to make the change within an hour after chatting with him and that was not the case. Can anyone here help me?
