some responses to Verizon Community questions went into my SPAM folder today? These are supposed to be coming from the Verizon site so why are they being sent into SPAM?

That's a good question! Check your spam settings. For example, go to the messages that went to your spam folder and open them individually and select the option to indicate that they are not spam. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue for you.
