How do you copy and paste from one email message to another?
Used to have Optimum and was able to do with no problems.
If I try to copy text from and email by right-clicking, when I go to new email to paste, when I right-click the paste
option is not available.

Works just fine for me. I used both the right-click technique and Ctl-C and Ctl-V with no issues.
What browser are you using? (I use Firefox) Can you cut and paste using other applications? Are you sure it is actually text you are trying to copy and not an image with text in it? (text works for me, images don't)
Sorry I don't have an answer for you, but I don't think it is the Verizon webmail that is causing your problem.
