Sorry you don't like it. Have you thought about using an email client such as outlook or thunderbird?

I don't like it either and a tech changed it back to the old system a couple of weeks ago.  Things were great and then Verizon wouldn't let me access the old one anymore, so back to the new one I went.

Today, I have been unable to access my verizon email for 12 hours.  I went on chat with a tech and she couldn't help me either.  I am still without email access and am getting more frustrated with each passing hour.
