I have not received any email / notification from verizon that I have to migrate my mail to AOL.com, I understand Verizon stoped their email business in February 2017. Having said that I am still using verizon email and reciving email. Of course time to time I getting email error saying unable to access my email files. Tell me what action I should take and if you have some instruction about how migrate please direct me to that site. Thanks fo your help in advance.

Go Here:

https://help.aol.com/products/aol-mail-verizon

and Here:

https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/email

especially this:

  • I did not migrate my @verizon.net email address to AOL or extract my data. (i.e Contacts, Calendar information). What can I do?
  • Customers no longer have the option to keep their Verizon.net email address or extract their data to another service provider. All verizon.net email, calendar and address book content that was not migrated to AOL or moved to a third party email provider before December 15, 2017 has been deleted from our systems.
