Yes, using IE 11 and is not working as of 09/09/2016. What is the solution please.
Go to Tools and click on Compatibility View Settings and uncheck Use Microsoft Compatibility Lists.

I did uncheck 'Use Microsoft Compatibility Lists' in IE11, however that not solved the problem. I can access the email with Firefox but not with Internet Explorer 11. Any other suggestions?
Also make sure you did not previously set Compatibility mode. This was necessary at one time, but now causes problems.
