Email account SUSPENDED FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS!

We were in the process of moving offices so our DSL had to be disconnected and reconnected in the new suite (same building, different floor). Somehow my email subaccount was disabled in the process - every time I log in, it says my account is suspended. I've called tech support at least 7 times. They set up a new subaccount and said they're trying to merge my old subaccount into the new one...but have encountered "internal errors" in the process.

Long story short, I've been without my work email for the last 2 weeks, and no one can seem to tell me when it'll be fixed. Anyone out there have any suggestions or contacts who can help me out?

We sent you a message on our private support board to assist you and we did not receive a response.  Please repost the issue if you are still experiencing a problem so that we may assist you.  Tonya C.
