Same Here, regardless of pc used. on hold for over 15 minutes to call support desk and couldn't wait any longer. Sad part is had to use google to find a number to call. all I could get is that crap virtual agent.. why not post on the main page we've got a problem with the email server?
I'm disliking Fios more than I did Comcast...
Anybody from Fios even look at these posts or is it so customers can vent because they can't speak with a real person??

Tried webmail from central NY and get this: {"res":{},"error":{"code":"3002","msg":"3002"}} Same as reported earlier.
So it is safe to say it is Verizon and not us.

both my email client (thunderbird) and verizon webmail seem to NOT be working this morning. can someone verify server problems at VZ?

There is a status page. Last I checked they hadn't put up the problem with email.

Same here in FL - has been going on for several hourse now - why isn't Verizon fixing this?

When I try to retrieve my email from the web, I receive the following message:
"res":{},"error":{"code":"3002","msg":"3002"}}
When I try and download it in Outlook, I am prompted for my password, and shortly thereafter, get the following:
Task 'email ID@verizon.net - Receiving reported error (08x00cc92) :
'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded - ERR [SYS/TEMP] Service Temporarily Available'
No mail is downloaded into my Windows Phone 8 email - no error message, just no mail. This is an active email box - there is always email in it in the morning. Same thing for my Android tablet email for this address. Again, main Verizon.net email address is working - this is just with my sub-account.
Tried a different sub-account - this is working fine, at least on the web.
This is only happening on my sub-account. My main account is functioning normally.
