See my separate post - I am having the same problem on one of my sub-accounts. My main email account and another sub-account are working fine, at least on the web.

I have the same problem - there was a Windows update overnight that did an automatic restart of my laptop, and now I can't access my email.
I can't access my email on any device: Droid, iPad, or PC.
The other verizon.net email account in the house, though, is working fine.

OK... let me rephrase: is there a (near) real-time status page that lists outages (a la the Twitter status page) and not some perfunctory self-help page with (too often useless) links/FAQs?

I'm seeing the same thing. I've yet to contact Verizon.
