Having the same problem. No Email access on Verizon or Live Mail .Located in Toms River NJ.
Mine is also down. If you all the support you will get recorded message confirming it is down and will be back at a certain time (one hour earlier than you called).
Same error here trying to login to my webmail.
I am in Northeast PA, up near NY border.
An awful storm blew through here yesterday afternoon - but it was working last night after the storm.
I can't get any email either and get an error 3002. Sorry to see others having the same problem but glad to know it isn't just me. I'm in Virginia so problem seems to be affecting more than just my area.
Having the same issue in Syracuse, NY. Howerver, brother in Manassas, VA having no problems.

I started getting this error this morning, 9/12/2013, when I attempt to connect to my email sub-account. I was able to connect to my primary email account. Is Verizon aware of this problem?? It only started this morning, I had no problems yesterday or prior to that. I need my email sub-account....NOW!!!
