After upgrading to Windows 10 (and using Edge rather than IE), all of the folders etc. on the left side of my Verizon email disappeared. I can move emails to folders but I can't see the folders. Does anyone know how to fix?

Thanks for posting. I'm having exactly the same problem. Verizon's email web page is not ready for W10 I suspect.
BTW, when using IE it's even worse, nothing but a header and blankness.

I upgraded OS today to Windows 10. Same issue as previously noted, Header and then blank screen. Has anyone found a solution?

Using Windows 10 with Edge, my folder pane in Verizon Netmail also disappeared, but I can at least see emails.
Using the old Internet Explorer with Windows 10, my emails were blank too. However, adding the Verizon website to Compatibility mode up under tools saved the day. Now we just need Verizon to fix their site for Edge.

Might be Verizon's problem or may be Microsoft's Its hard to tell.
