I recently moved and changed my DSL to my new address. When I was told my service was ready, I was unable to login to my email account. The login screen said my account was suspended. Can anyone help with this problem?

You've got to call tech support. When you moved and cancelled service at your old address, they deactivated your old email address and didn't associate it with your new service.

The problem is when I called Tech Support they were either unable or unwilling to help me. I was bounced around for about an hour then hung up on after being on hold.

Unfortunately that's all too common. And even more problematic is that it's really your only resource for now (you can try their on-line support where they control your computer, but my experiences...3...have been less than succssful.
