I recently moved and changed my DSL to my new address. When I was told my service was ready, I was unable to login to my email account. The login screen said my account was suspended. Can anyone help with this problem?
Unfortunately that's all too common. And even more problematic is that it's really your only resource for now (you can try their on-line support where they control your computer, but my experiences...3...have been less than succssful.
