why is it neccessary to sign in with username and password in order to view my Email?I check the 'remember me for 2 weeks box but still have to sign in every time.
When you check that box to keep you logged in it modifies the Verizon.com cookie on your computer to keep you signed in. If you delete your cookies or have a program to clean it up for you, that information will be removed and it wont automatically log you in. If you wish to stay logged in, please do not delete this Verizon cookie and/or modify you clean up program to ignore the Verizon.com cookie.
