I'm having a similar problem as tkhelble does, although the error message I'm getting is "Retrieving user profile failed. Please try again later." Do you have a solution to this?

I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles accessing you email. I am going to need to know a little more information. Are you accessing your email from our website, or using an email program such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc ? If going to a website, what is the URL you are going to? Are you able to login to any of your sub accounts or are they getting errors as well?

The answer to your question is yes. I'm using verizon webmail to access my emails.

Have you tried using a different browser? If not, please try using another to see if its browser related (Internet explorer, firefox, opera, chrome, safari, etc).
