well i started getting that message on October 13 , 2015, after a banner across top of my Verizon homepage on Oct 12 that read "some accounts are being moved to a new billing system this weekend. please be assured full access will be restored to you by Oct.13" or some such nonsense..........and it took nonstop prodding and outright demanding answers to get it resolved finally on Feb 26 , so good luck, hope yours is easier, i'm guessing it is NOT AOL related..

CAN U GET TO THIS AREA OF YOUR PROFILE? WHEN OURS WAS BROKEN I COULD GET HERE, TO EMAIL, AND TO THE " Manage My TV " SECTION OF THE MY SERVICES TAB.....AND AT TOP OF SCREEN WHERE IT SHOULDV'E READ "HELLO <my greeting name from profile>" IT JUST READ "HI" AND AT BOTTOM OF LEFTMOST COLUMN WHERE IT USED TO SAY OUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND CUSTOMER I.D. CODE IT ONLY HAD THOSE LABELS WITH NO NUMBERS FOLLOWING.....JUST CURIOUS....oops , caps off, sorry , not gonna rewrite it all 8-P.....THE "eCenter" handled the trouble ticket for the "web development team", who apparently have no supervisors to make them provide updates as promised....once again, good luck!

Note problem has now gone away and i see instead a item saying logon to mail.aol.com.
I expect that other errors may showup as I am switched to Frontier Communications as part of the sale of Verizon'S Florida resources.
