Suddenly e-mails that I am sending to people that I regularly exchange e-mails with are being bounced with the following explaniation...

There is no questionable content of any kind!
So what gives, and how can I fix the problem?

Did you add your recipient to your "Safe Recipent" list? Try it.
In MS Outlook, right click on the message and click junk e-mail, add recipient to safe recipients list.
Also, add the person's e-mail to your contacts list in both outlook and verizon.

Sounds more like filters on the recipient side.
