Like many of you, I recently experienced the problem of the left-hand column on my email page not displaying properly, e.g. the compose, inbox, draft, sent, and folders functions not displaying. I contacted the Verizon tech support and here is the fix: 1. Open your Verizon email page. 2. Open "Tools" on top tool bar. 3. Click on "Compatibility View Settings." 4. In the window that appears, type in "Verizon.com" in the data field that is titled "Add This Website," then click on the "Close" button. 5. This action should bring back the left-hand column on your email display page.
