I've been searching for hours for instructions on how to set up my primary verizon.net account for first time use with no results. I was able to determine my res id but not my password.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Forgot to mention, I do not want to install the in-home agent.
You have two options:
- Run activation by going to either activatemyfios.verizon.net or activatemydsl.verizon.net (depending on your service).
- Contact Tech Support through one of the options on Verizon's Contact Us page. They can reset your password for you to allow you to log in.
